There are two ways to suspend or permanently close your BD Bazaar account:

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off / Self-Exclusion):

• Log in → Settings → Responsible Gaming → select Cooling-Off or Self-Exclusion.
• Choose a duration: 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months.
• While active, you will not be able to log in and no marketing messages will be sent to you.

Permanent Closure (Account Closure):

• Send an email to support@bdbazaar.app with the subject "Request to Permanently Close Account".
• Processing will be completed within 24 hours of identity verification.
• Please withdraw any remaining wallet balance before closing your account.

Please note: once your account is permanently closed, no new account can be opened with the same number. If you just need a break, consider self-exclusion before opting for permanent closure.
